Medicinal Cannabis Extraction Cleanroom Facility

MediPharm Labs Australia is a medicinal cannabis company, which engages in the pharmaceutical grade production of cannabis oil products. The company focuses on the downstream secondary extraction methodology, distillation, and cannabinoid isolation and purification.

MediPharm Labs engaged Total Precision cleanrooms Aust to design and build their new manufacturing facility here in Wonthaggi, Victoria. The new facility was the first facility of its kind in Victoria and clear direction was given by Warren Everitt (CEO) that the facility was to be a state-of-the-art facility. The projects preliminary design was provided by Pharmout, for the total build. TS Construction, a local builder from Wonthaggi was constructing the warehouse and supporting office and amenities. TPC were engaged to provide the cleanroom manufacturing suite, including flooring, hazardous goods, HVAC electrical, security, lighting, and design. TPC also assisted with detailed drawings and documentation for other areas of the build within the laboratory and office admin spaces. The project was particularly challenging unique due to space, time, location, and industry. The facility was constructed with the ISO-PHAR proprietary cleanroom system and completed on time for the grand opening by Dan Andrews in December 2019.
