Polar Dry Laboratory suite ISO-8

Total Precision Cleanrooms Aust has completed a new Polar Dry Laboratory suite to ISO-8 standard for Spray Systems Australia in Truganina.

The Spraying Systems facility is built on a 6500m2 site in Truganina comprising a warehouse of 2765m2, and an adjoining office of 700m2. The exterior of the building features a combination of precast concrete panels, glazing, and compressed cement sheet. The cleanroom fitout installed by TPC includes a new ISO-7 cleanroom suite using the specialised ISO-PHAR cleanroom system which has custom made fully flush door frames, windows and GSO’s. The design included two partition systems COPS and Modular for easy service reticulation such as electrical, gases, compressed air and Hydraulics. The HVAC was completed by AG Coombs and the furniture was supplied and installed by Westlab.
