Total precision Cleanrooms Aust were engaged to build two chambers for testing equipment and vehicles up to 70 degrees and 95% humidity; cold chamber for testing equipment and vehicles down to -30 degrees;

The new Climatic chambers built, had two temperature ranges plus 70 degrees with 95% relative humidity and a minus 30-degree chamber. Both chambers had a central control system central to both chambers. The chambers were manufactured by Dagard in France and consisted of 316# stainless steel non-combustible wall and ceiling panels. The doors were designed manufactured locally by TPC due to their complexity and size required to suit tanks and trucks.
